The Career Path Handbook was revised Spring 2022 for the upcoming Career Path promotional exercise for Bahamian teachers.  In it, you will find an overview of the Career Path System, eligibility criteria for promotion to Senior Teacher and Master Teacher, job descriptions, and copies of all assessment instruments that are used to assess teachers during the Career Path promotional exercise.  The Handbook is currently being revised for the next promotional exercise.  Please contact the Career Path Section at 502-8272/ 502-8269 / 502-8274 to obtain a copy of the 2022 version.
